The Robley Rex VAMC staff wants to exceed your expectations. When you return home from your inpatient stay, or perhaps after a visit to one of our community or specialty clinics, you may receive a survey that asks:

Using any number from 0 – 10, where 0 is the worst and 10 is the best hospital, what number would you use to rate this hospital/provider/visit?

If you cannot rate us a 9 or a 10, we want to know! We want you to share with us when we are not meeting your needs so we can fix things while you are still here. Please see below for several ways you can share your thoughts and experiences with us.

Service Level Patient Advocate

Being in the hospital, visiting one of our clinics, or coordinating care can be stressful for Veterans and their families. We are here to help. We have Service Level Patient Advocates in each unit in the hospital, in every department, in every medical specialty, and at each of our outpatient clinics. They are our front-line experts who are here to help you enhance your VA experiences and resolve any concerns in a timely manner. If you are not comfortable discussing an issue with your health care team, please ask to speak with a Service Level Patient Advocate. If you feel that your concern has not been resolved by the Service Level Patient Advocate, please contact the Facility Patient Advocate.
